In A patient of 25 years, suffering from myeloleukosis, after repeated blood transfusions developed anemia, yellow skin staining and sclera. Death came from cerebral hemorrhage. In addition to changes in the brain, the autopsy showed an increase in the Liver and spleen. Bone marrow and the named organs had a brown (rusty) colouring.
