In A patient of 25 years, suffering from myeloleukosis, after repeated blood transfusions developed anemia, jaundice and skin staining. Death came from a brain hemorrhage. At the autopsy, in addition to changes in the brain, it was noted an increase in the liver and Spleen. Bone marrow and the named organs had a brown (rusty) colouring.
