In a patient of 25 years, suffering from myeloleukosis, after repeated blood transfusions developed anemia, jaundice and skin staining. Death came from a cerebral hemorrhage. In addition to changes in the brain, the autopsy noted an increase in the Liver and spleen. Bone marrow and the named organs had a brown (rusty) colouring.
